The mind is a powerful tool! What we allow ourselves to think or meditate on determines our mood, our attitudes through out the day and how me feel. This is way we must guard our mind.
The Bible tells us how to think about life. Philippians 4:8 says “8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
So we have the power to place mind over matter. Instead of looking at what faces you as hard, think about how many times God has already seen you through. Think on what you have like having the ability to just live and breath another day when so many left here just a few years ago. There is plenty to think on thats good and noteworthy.
So, I beseech you to pull down strongholds and vain imaginations that exalt itself against the knowledge of God and thing on just one small but enormous things that is good. Remember you are what you think!
